Shipping Costs & Times

**Covid Impact

Ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic mean there will be some delays as our business operates with additional safety measures to protect our people and customers.

Due to reduced domestic and international flights, please expect some delays in the shipping times. We are working closely with our delivery partner to ensure parcels arrive in the safest and quickest way possible. 

All postal services to some destinations are suspended.

Ed Purnomo Photography uses Standard Postage options for all shipments during Covid times. All shipments are sent with a pro-active tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Policy

  • All Poster orders are shipped within 24hr of receiving order. All Print orders are shipped approximately within 2 business days of receiving order. This will ensure processes such as test printing, stock printing, re-printing, product inspection, packaging.
  • All Posters and Prints are rolled into cardboard tubes. These tubes are made of rigid fibreboard to prevent crushing and bending. Plastic caps securely seal both ends. Dimensions of tubes for Posters (H x W): 60 x 420 mm, weight (single unit): 100 grams.
  • The delivery times provided are estimates only. Ed Purnomo Photography can not be held accountable for delays incurred from freight providers which are not in our control.
  • Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Ed Purnomo Photography can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
  • Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.
  • We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our return and exchange section below for more information.
  • For local delivery (AU and NZ), products are shipped with the authority to leave if your not home (ATL). This means if you miss the delivery your order will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems a location as non-secure your order will be left at your nearest post office and you will get a card with instructions on how to collect it.
  • All local customs, import duties and fees are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Ed Purnomo Photography will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Ed Purnomo Photography will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

 

Order Tracking

  • We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You will receive an email on confirmation of your order.
  • Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
  • Your goods will be sent via express courier (express air for international) the same day the order is placed.
  • Email 3dpurnomo@gmail.com if you find that your order is taking longer than expected.

 

Order Cancellation

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Ed Purnomo Photography can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped Ed Purnomo Photography reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

 

Acceptance of Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting 3dpurnomo@gmail.com. If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care please contact customer service.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely in love with your new purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange for a different product please email us at 3dpurnomo@gmail.com so we can resolve any problems. We will provide you with a the return information on our simple return process to send the goods back to us.

Return or exchange policy only applies if the below terms are met:

  • Australian orders products must be returned 15 days from purchase.
  • International orders products must be returned 30 days from purchase.
  • The goods must not have wear and tear, damaged after delivery, or any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition as sold when shipped.
  • Returns can not be submitted without contacting customer service first (3dpurnomo@gmail.com).
  • On-sale items will not be accepted for refund. Exchanges or Store Credit are applicable to on-sale items (the includes site wide promotions).
  • Return shipping to Ed Purnomo Photography is at the customer’s expense.

 

How to Return

  • Contact customer service (3dpurnomo@gmail.com) to receive return information and return shipping address.
  • Include the items you wish to exchange or return with a copy of your Ed Purnomo Photography invoice or packing slip.
  • Ed Purnomo Photography will not refund the initial shipping costs.
  • Return shipping to Ed Purnomo Photography is at the customer’s expense.
  • Make sure you hold onto your return shipment tracking number. We do not offer free returns.
  • Clearly mark order number on the outside of goods being returned. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
  • Ed Purnomo Photography will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Ed Purnomo Photography will not process returns that have not been approved by our customer service team via email prior.
  • Once your return has been is received your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. Refunds can only be credited back to the Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. Allow 5-10 days from when you return the product for your account to be credited.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original card used for the initial purchase.
